Cool Kitchen is managed by Eddie Bone who trained as a chef and worked in Hotels and Restaurants for 10 years before moving into Management. During this time, Eddie was privileged to be part of the Team cooking for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 2 occasions and also winning medals in Salon Culinare competitions. Eddie has worked in the service industry for 40 years.
Cool Kitchen is a Central Kitchen preparing Western Food for Bars, Cafes and Team Dining rooms. The food is prepared and then blast chilled so that it reaches below 5 degrees C in less than 90 minutes, kept at this temperature and delivered to the clients in refrigerated vehicles.
We prepare authentic western food, some of the dishes we prepare are Irish Stew, Dublin Coddle, Steak Pie, Lasagna, Hungarian Goulash, Macaroni and Cheese and Cottage Pie. We can provide individual portions or we can cater for larger bulk orders. We also prepare various individual Meat and Chicken Pies and Sausage Rolls.
